Cherry Bomb Farmhouse

This Farmhouse ale was fermented with a mix of Belgian yeast, brettanomyces and wild yeasts from 400lbs of fresh Flathead cherries.  The result is a deep cherry flavor explosion that's joined by restrained barnyard funk.  ABV 7.8%

  • This is not a sour, but has a smooth farmhouse funk
